• The tool blends your personal history (65%) with industry baseline (35%) for projected hours.
• Output includes total hours, per-worker hours, and recommended crew for a target completion date.
• Tip: Once you have 5+ Reality entries, estimates become significantly more accurate.

Creates a printable, timestamped job site documentation record.

• Enter job address, date, work performed, and any issues found.
• Upload one or more site photos — they embed directly in the report.
• Reports save locally and can be exported as HTML for printing or PDF save via your browser.
• Use this for legal CYA — document conditions before and after every job.

• Select job type to get a curated checklist of tools and materials needed.
• Overlooked / often-missed items are highlighted in orange.
• Print or export the list before leaving for the job site.

• Describe the job and surface condition; the tool flags likely hidden problems (moisture, substrate failure, prior bad repairs, etc.).
• Use the risk score to decide whether to add a contingency line item to your estimate.

• Contract Scanner: Paste or type a contract excerpt; the tool flags high-risk clauses (indemnification, no-lien waivers, open-ended scope, payment withholds) with severity ratings.
• Both outputs can be printed via browser print (Ctrl/Cmd + P).

• Product Search: Search 20,000+ materials, tools, and rental assets across major stores and rental providers. Filter by job type, store/provider, category, tier, and data source. Sort by price or relevance.
• Compare Stores: Select a job type and optional keyword — see a price bar chart comparing the same product family across all stores, with the cheapest highlighted in green.
• What's Often Missed: Review commonly overlooked items per job type to avoid a mid-job supply run.
• Project Methods: Step-by-step installation guides for 9 project types.
• Use the Export CSV button on any view to download a spreadsheet of results.
• Save products to your bookmark list using the Save button on any result card — bookmarks persist across browser sessions.

• Click Export Data in the header to download a full JSON backup of all your records.
• Click Import Data to restore from a backup — useful when switching devices or browsers.
• All data lives in your browser's localStorage — nothing is sent to any server.
• Clear All Data permanently wipes everything; export a backup first.

• Open a terminal in the parent folder of contractor-performance-os/.
• Run: python3 -m http.server 8080
• Open your browser to: http://localhost:8080/contractor-performance-os/
• Use Chrome or Firefox for best compatibility. Safari works but has minor LocalStorage limits.
